Lanfranco Returns to HRP

The enigmatic Lanfranco returns to the races at Horseracingpark.com on thursday June 28th with 2 entries, Soldier of Rome and Great Warrior. "Both horses are doing well after the long layoff." Lanfranco said as we spoke to him early this morning. Lanfranco took what seemed like more than a year off from HRP and mostly concentrated on becoming a better handicapper on both the real life and HRP races.

Lanfranco did return to compete in this years handicapping contest won by Emerald Racing Inc. "It wasn't a good tournament for me, I was caught between two worlds, real life and hrp. I was in position to win but decided to go play some races at the real life tracks. I have decided not to make that mistake again and will concentrate fully in next year's Contest. Hopefully Emerlad Racing can return and I will have my revenge:). I am hoping to get qualified this week."

Lanfranco is returning to HRP with no top class horses. Lanfranco states, "Turbo Power looks like a good one, but he's taken some time to develop. He's worked really well recently and is pointed to a tuneup race at CBY. After that, I will decide whether he's worth trying at the top tracks. But, right now I don't have any top class horses. I am planning to buy at least 100 in the coming week"

Lanfranco told us that he will be racing mostly at Canterbury, Fort Erie and Suffolk Downs.
