Racing Notes

I am really disappointed the way Futuristic ran his last race, looks like another drop is needed. Too bad the track came up wet. The stupid jock was in perfect position to strike late, but what does he do?...he rushed the horse up and took the lead prematurely and Spine's horse got up to nip me. That's what happens when you can't secure the services of a top Jock.

I was not too mad with Fiduciary's first run. I liked the fact he took the lead and was in front, but the field came up tough. I am hoping for some improvement after that first race. I should be able to win a race with this one, but I will have to fix some things after seeing that first race.

I have Heavens' Door running today in a $16 Claimer at Calder. I am glad the track is firm and I think he will take some beating today. He's been working really well and I think he's really sharp for this race. I would be shocked if he cannot win this from just off of it.
